Another reason you might not see the Compatibility tab is if the "Remove Program Compatibility Property Page" policy setting is enabled. To check that setting, open the Local Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) and navigate to Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Application Compatibility. Then double-click the "Remove Program Compatibility Property Page" setting. Usually setting it to "Not Configured" is sufficient, but you also might try setting it to "Disabled".

I'm using the XP SP1 version and its working perfectly. I have not tried with x64 version.

Yep. TweakUI can be used in compatibility mode under Vista.

So, How You Get TweakUI In Vista Is It XP Ver? Running In Vista With Compatible Mode?
