Look carefully at grayed out items, they look so much ugly. The white font doesn't show properly in addressbar also the images like Refresh button, Search icon looks blurred. It's just graying it out to so a person does not accidentally click there when he is renaming... I do not understand how this is a bug. As soon as you rename the folder, it goes back to normal.
