Found the problem with black toolbars:

Seems that this addon does not fully compatible with the addon "WebDeveloper Toolbar". When both addons are installed an activated the toolbars are displayed in black.

The question is: which of the both addons causes the problem??

Also some other toolbars are displayed "normal" (no glass effect): StumbleUpon Toolbar and Delicious Toolbar (they cause no problem but it does not look so nice)

On my system the menu is nicely placed in the glass frame but all toolbars are black and not transparent.

I have had the same prob.

Simply deactivate all extensions and switch to default theme. Close FF. Open FF. Activate only "All-Glass-Firefox mod". Now use "Firefox 3.7" Theme. Voilá!
