there is a problem...i have downloaded and installed ZoneAlarm forcefield, it then prompts i have to restart my PC. After i restarted my pc there is no "a new program has been installed" when i click the start button. Although there is a checkpoint file in program files and %appdata%. When i double click the forcefield icon, the system tray icon appeared and said trial version has expired click to purchase...there is no way to enter the free license key at all and when i click uninstall icon at checkpoint file it pops out stating "the product being uninstalled is not really installed". The email i received from ZoneAlarm states that "When you first install ForceField, you will see a screen with three buttons ("Enter my license," "Start my trial," "Buy Now"). Click "Enter my license" and you will see a new window, titled "License Information," with spaces for the license key." apparently i did not get a window that appears like this i only see agree the license term and install

Use Bitdeffender total security which is all in 1 , (Antivirus, Firewall, privacy , parental control, antispam control & important is that u can block any program to connect to net like nero to avoid serial check)

Well, to fix the thingy was at the right hand corner of firefox. i did not had it in full screen so the page was down on the taskbar so i did not noticed it

^^ You can carry on using Comodo firewall. Its also very good.

I can't help much as I'm not using it but try following things:

1. Customize Firefox toolbar and check whether you find any option to reset it.
2. Check in "View -> Toolbar".
3. Check in "Tools -> Add-ons" and check toolbar settings.
4. Also check in ZA ForceField settings.
5. At last try to repair it.

@ netbox use bitdeffender total security its firewall is great as i ue it i have vista ultimate x86 sp1 , i tried lots of firewall including quickheal but bitdeffender is best
