Today we are sharing a theme for Windows 7 users who don't like the new Aero theme in 7. Actually Windows 7 uses a similar Aero theme as Windows Vista but Windows 7 theme is very minimal and light in colors and there are many people who want the old Vista look back in Windows 7.
So this theme will bring back Windows Vista look to Windows 7. Our friend "fediaFedia" @DA has created this theme.

Yeah im running windows 7 64 bit home premium and this theme has no effect what so ever it just stays as the windows 7 theme

Finally, the Windows 7 taskbar looks so awesome like the Vista taskbar! And because of this Vista Theme, I can put windows behind the taskbar and I still can recognize the icons and can read the labels on the taskbar.
