Lots of AskVG readers asked for a similar boot screen for Windows 7. So today we are going to share Windows 8 boot screen for Windows 7 users.

Actually Windows 8 Milestone 3 build 7989 comes with a new "Betta Fish" boot screen which can be seen in following article:

If you are using Windows 7, you can enjoy a similar boot screen using following steps:
1. Download Windows 8 boot screen pack using following link:
2. Extract the ZIP file using WinRAR or 7-Zip and run "Win7BootUpdater.exe" file. Its an excellent software to change Windows 7 boot screen. More info can be found here.
3. Now select "Static Image" option from drop-down list in "Animation" and select "animation.png" file from the downloaded pack using browse box.
4. Now select "Complete" option from drop-down list in "Method". Click on "Select Background Image" button and select "boot screen.png" file from the downloaded pack using browse box.

5. Do the same for "Resuming" tab.
6. At last click on "Apply" button and restart your system.

Hi Vishal, I would like to have a Windows Vista Ultimate X64 version that works with TuneUp Utilities 2010. Please, I really want that bootscreen.

^^ You can download this boot screen pack and then apply bootscreen.png file as boot screen using Tuneup utilities in Vista.

it doesn't work for me .
only it show a part Of the Fish only and it hasn't any animation , too !
i use another bootscreen for win 7 and i haven't any problems by them for example : mac boot screen .
can you help me ?
