I'm not paranoid am I? No of course I'm not! Looks like an all seeing eye above a pyramid to me - especially if you invert color; it looks twisted!!!

Hi, I need ur help. cuz in ma desktop, all ma icons have a highlighted part in the text filed. I tried everything but still it appears. Is there any ways to removeit? It makes my wallpaper ugly with different coloured icons. Please help me..... Tnx in advance!!!!!
