Unlocker: Download Free File Unlocking Utility for Windows
Unlocker is an excellent file unlocking utility which works in Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista, Server 2008 and Windows 7.

Remove the /1534/ at back, because the link you provided are Unlocker 1.8.5 rather than the newer version (1.9.1)
^^ That link was given for some reason. The version 1.8.5 is the best and adware free version of Unlocker. Later versions come with hidden 3rd party programs which cause your antivirus to throw virus warning message.
