New version available - SevenVG RTM Theme with Normal Taskbar
Black version available - SevenVG Black Theme with Normal Taskbar
If you are facing menu cut-off problem in Start menu, then take a look at this link.

This theme has been made for Windows XP users who want to have "Windows 7" look in their Windows. This theme can make your Windows XP look like Windows 7.
"SevenVG" is the first Windows 7 look-a-like theme for Windows XP and almost all other themes available on net are based on it.
This theme is a normal taskbar version of "SevenVG RC" theme. So if you are not a superbar fan, you will definitely love this theme.
Download SevenVG Theme with Normal Taskbar
This theme contains 4 sub-styles:
- Aero32 (for 32x icon size)
- Aero48 (for 48x icon size)

how to increase their size........
VG
^^ The theme will not slow down the system. Try to remove unwanted startup items. You can follow this tutorial to speed up your system:
http://www.askvg.com/master-tutorial-to-make-your-windows-xp-super-fast/
And the icon size can't be increased but you can use ViGlance:

The theme was beautiful and worked perfectly until i rebooted my machine later. Now all window borders and titlebars are transparent. Also my toolbar looks to be at 80% opacity. Ive tried changing the them with display properties And styler, i tried switching back to luna, i even tried re-installing this theme and another one, sevenvb black, nothing has brought back the opacity of my titlebars/window borders. Also in my titlebars it's added the immitation [Search ] bar to all the titlebars, which is fine, but i cant see them:( Id appreciate any help with this situation and i figured it best to ask here before i start asking Everywhere else i can find on the net. all i want is just to be able to read my titlebars again, the text is there, but no background:(
VG
^^ msstyles files don't provide transparency. The issue you are talking about seems due to a 3rd party application. Make sure you are not using any eye candy software. Uninstall or disable it to fix the problem.

I dont have any third party software installed related to themes on my computer. Ive never even installed windowblinds before. any other ideas? perhaps you could provide a list of any system files that your theme may overwrite. I still see the windows 7 style progress bars, system controls (min, max close) but the borders and titlebar is transparent. The titlebars are like glass (10%opacity), but when maxmizedwhen the window is maximized the titlebar is more then just transparent, i can see the ttitle of the window, but i can click things visible on my desktop behind the titlebar so it's not even there it seems. any other suggestions would be helpful
VG
^^ This theme and other themes are actually msstyles file jut like default Luna theme and they can't provide transparency ever. No system file is modified or replaced by this theme. Its just a single msstyles file. Thats why I'm suspecting that an eye candy software is running in background which is causing this issue.
Do one thing! Post a list of all startup programs here. You can get the list from "Startup" tab of "msconfig" application. You can launch it using RUN dialog box.
