And now with the help of this new theme "SevenVG Refresh" everything is possible in XP.
"SevenVG" is the first Windows 7 look-a-like theme for Windows XP and almost all other themes available on net are based on it.
This theme will make your Windows XP look-a-like Windows 7. It'll provide superbar, full start ORB, big iconized taskbar buttons in Windows XP. The problem of first letter being displayed in iconized taskbar buttons has also been fixed in this update.
Download SevenVG Refresh Theme for Windows XP
This theme contains 4 sub-styles:
- Aero32 (for 32x icon size)
- Aero48 (for 48x icon size)
- Bottom32 (for 32x icon size)
- Bottom48 (for 48x icon size)
Aero32 and Aero48 contain left common tasks in Explorer. On the other hand, Bottom32 and Bottom48 contain bottom common tasks. So feel free to use whichever do you want.
HOW TO USE:
1. Download the file and extract its content. You'll get a folder "SevenVG Refresh Theme for Windows XP by Vishal Gupta".
2. In this folder, you'll get 3 more folders:
- Fonts (This folder contains Segoe UI fonts required for the theme. Run Fonts.exe file to install them.)
- Styler Toolbar (This folder contains Styler setup and SevenVG styler toolbar skin. It'll provide Windows 7 look-a-like toolbar and commandbar in Explorer.)
- Theme (This folder contains the main theme. Run Theme.exe file to install it.)
3. Apply the theme using Desktop Properties and you have done.
4. Also make sure you have patched the "uxtheme.dll" file to allow 3rd party visual styles, if its not patched, then download and run the UXtheme Patcher from here:

VG, does the superbar do anything at all with this theme? or just for the looks? IE hugetaskbar.
Since there are two options to choose from which is small icon and big icon.
Where can i get the small versiom? Is it with Vishal's previous theme?
but with that, the orb effect will not work.

^^ This theme has been created to make XP look like Windows 7, thats why the taskbar height is a little extra.

hi vg.. i'm working on my own visual style and i use style builder to create it. i've tried your sevenvg refresh msstyle and it looks great. i'd like to make my msstyle taskbar like yours. how to make the taskbar a little higher (let say 40 pixel). can you show me where it is since the superbar is a part of the theme?

Great theme, but there's one thing-my buttons (minimize, maximize, and exit) are messed up
they got huge gaps inbetween them and go over the top of the window
anyway to fix this?

Chinese characters on the desktop and in the tittle bar are not rendered after applying the theme. They appeared as boxes.
