NOTE: It seems the theme pack has been removed by Windows Live team.

Microsoft has released an official "I'm a PC" theme pack for Windows Live Messenger which adds lots of Display Pics and Background images in WLM. You'll surely like it.

To download the theme pack, make sure you are running Windows Live Messenger. Then open following link in Internet Explorer:

Download "I'm a PC" Theme Pack for WLM

and click on "Download Now" button. It'll automatically install the theme pack.
