^^ Its very complicated process to modify system file in Windows to change Boot screen. So its better to use TuneUp Utilities. Btw, Tuneup utilities creates a new file (can't remember the name, I think its TUkernel.exe) in Windows\System32 folder which is the actual file containing new boot screen. You can take a backup of this file.

Is there a way to get a look-alike boot screen without tuneup utilities? My free trial expired... Then I messed with a file and it ruined my boot screen... I want something like this, maybe if its possible to edit the windows files...

^^ You can run following command in Command Prompt:

sfc /scannow

It'll restore all default system files. Otherwise you can take the file from another system.
