I installed win7 bootscren, but when i removed it to the original something happned to boot.ini. Windows won't start, not even in safe mode or last just config. What should i do. Please help, i don't wan't to format C:

Why I cannot install it?
When I install, it said
'An error occurred during the installation of the boot screen.
The file"ntoskral.exe"couldnot be copied.Please make sure that you are logged on as a local administration and that you have the necessary permission to modify this file'
But I already log on as a administration.
Please teach me how can I do.
