Since Windows XP SP3 Final version has been released, most of the people are using it in their systems. If you are also using SP3 in Windows XP and unable to use 3rd party themes, then download this new UXtheme Patcher:
Download Windows XP SP3 UXtheme Patcher
Run the EXE file and click on "Patch" button. It'll take a few seconds and then you can restart your system to take effect.
This patcher works in SP3 RTM version only. If you are using SP3 Beta or RC version, then I'll advise you to not use this patcher. You can download the required patched "UXtheme.dll" file from following link and then copy it to "%windir%\System32" folder using "Replacer":
Download Patched UXtheme.dll File

Hi VG
I have installed your version of xp (Win XP PRO SP3 (5508) VistaVG Ultimate +SATA-Raid-Reloaded (04-07-2008)) and everything was great until i tried to install my printers. I have a print server conected to my lan and usually in regular version of XP it goes smooth I just create a local tcp/IP port and point to the print server port name and then just load the printer driver which are included in XPs OEM drivers. My printers are two Hps a laserjet 4p and a 4500, everything goes well until windows trys to load the drivers, it trys to find some files and than asks for the windows cd and the I386 folder. I point to that folder on two different cds and regular xp pro and it still cant find the files.
Please help or I would have to go back to regular xp pro.
Thanks in advance
VG
^^ We have not created any customized Windows setup. Its a pirated version available over Internet. Please stay away from such setups. Reinstall Windows using genuine CD and your problem will be solved.

Hi,
I just want to know what is RTM version on SP3? How do we know that we have either beta or RC? Is there anyway rather than from system properties, because I can't see anything on system properties.
Please help.
Thanks.
