Take a Look at Some New Interesting Mockups Named “Australis” of Mozilla Firefox UI
If you don't want to wait and want to have the same UI in your Mozilla Firefox, here is excellent news for you.
Our friend "SoapyHamHocks" has created a new theme "Australis" for Mozilla Firefox which provides the same mockup UI in current Firefox versions.
Following is a preview of this theme:

As you can see, its very close to the mockup UI.
You can download it using following link:

To use the conditional forward button, open toolbar customize box and drag a 'blank space' between 'forward' and 'urlbar'.
If you also want to have tabs always in titlebar as shown in mockup, check following topic:

Thanks VG. It's nice. And a bit like Chrome.

It's all good so long as you have a dark wallpaper otherwise you cannot read the text on the inactive tabs :|
Also I cannot get it so only the back button shows like it is in the screenshots.

Wow, thanks again for the tip to hiding the forward button!
I truly dig this new mockup, that being said from somebody who mainly uses Chrome for the past 2 years!
