please when i started the download they asked me 32- or 64 bit what is the difference between them . and can i re choose

^^ If your Windows is 64-bit, you should download 64-bit version otherwise go with 32-bit version. You can check whether your Windows is 32-bit or 64-bit using System Properties.

I followed you links to both the MS Office 2010 Student/Home and the Professional versions, to a DEAD END. The likes take you directly to a screen that offers but one option: Purchase !! There is NO option for a trial version. I made several attempts with the same result. You really need to withdraw your false claims. They not only waste people's time, but they certainly diminsh you credibility.
