Now we are going to share Mac OS X Lion icon pack. This icon pack contains 238 icons extracted from Mac OS X Lion DP4 (Developer Preview 4). Thanks to AskVG reader and AskVG's DA group member "lordalpha1" for sharing them.
All icons are available in PNG (512x512) and ICO formats. You can use them in your dock utilities or replace Windows icons with these new icons using IconTweaker or IconPhile.

I think it's easier to use the Lion CustoPack Skin:
custopack.com/custopack/mac-osx-lion-inspirat-dlb
Before applying deselect everything except Icons and your system will get a new touch :)
