Good news for Google Chrome users! Google has released Chrome 19 to stable channel for Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome Frame.
According to Chromium blog, Chrome 19 comes with new "Sync" feature. When you're signed in to Chrome, your open tabs are synced across all your devices, so you can quickly access them from the "Other devices" menu on the New Tab page.
Open tabs aren't the only things that sync when you sign in to Chrome. Signing in to Chrome also syncs your bookmarks, apps, extensions, history, themes, and other settings. That way, when you sign in to Chrome, you can have your personal Chrome experience on all your devices. Just go to the Chrome menu and select "Sign in to Chrome".

You can download the new version using following link:
If you want the offline installer which doesn't need Internet connection at the time of installation, you can get it using following link:
Download Standalone Offline Installer
And if you don't want to install Google Chrome but want to give it a try, you can check the portable version:
Download Google Chrome Portable Version

[Response to the latest Chrome update (v16.0.912.75)]
idk wat happened but in the last update b4 this the google home page had the brand new simple navigation bar, but not on this newest update. In this new update, I instead see the old Google's black bar... HELP??
i tried refreshing the page, restart the browser, but nothing worked... if there's no solution of fix, then i'm just goin to wait for the next update... :(

^^ I dont think its a problem with Chrome version.
Blue
the + in the new tab is gone..
BobbyPhoenix
^^ Finally! I guess they didn't want to confuse the new tab button with anything Google +. LOL I never liked it myself.

Chrome 17 has so much font glitch, along with the browser unable to run the latest Flash Player :(
this sux; will wait for the next update and will for now temporarily switch to firefox. no offense guys sry
BobbyPhoenix
^^ Are you using GDIPP? If so that is your font issue. Just exclude it in the settings for GDIPP. If you're not using that I'm not sure, but that was my issue. For the Flash player I'm not sure what you mean by not having the latest. Chrome is always the first to get the latest, and 17 is no exception. I just ran Qualy's browser check, and everything came back up to date. browsercheck.qualys.com Maybe however you are checking is looking in the wrong place, and getting the old version number.

In the latest update, the plus (or +) has been removed from the new tab button (As stated above). You should change the screenshot.

Kyle
@NSDCars5,
just click Wrench -> About Google Chrome. It will automatically install the new version.
