Is there a possible way i could get themes to work on win7 Home basic version? This version does not have the personalize option, can we have it added by any chance?

^^ If your gfx card supports Aero, it'll automatically apply it otherwise you are out of luck.

How can i force the aero theme to display?

Becuase ive recently updated my hardware (inserted a GFX card), i need to turn aero "on".

How can i do this?

and did you know that if you shold make trhemes for windows 7 you need to edit explorer.exe for the start button

For exemple:
