UPDATE: Final version available
"AeroVG" theme is one of the most popular themes available for Windows Vista. It provides excellent transparency in Taskbar, Startmenu, Explorer, etc. It also changes lots of visual things like menubar, addressbar, progressbar and much more.
Lots of Windows 7 users requested to make the same theme for Windows 7. Recently I started working on it and posted a preview of "AeroVG Se7en" theme.
After reading feedback from various users, I made some changes as per requests.
Now I'm very pleased to announce that the first beta of "AeroVG Se7en" theme is available for download.

It looks nice... however, when I patched my files with the program you linked to, my computer (after reboot) went into an endless cycle of "loading" (before your login prompt is displayed), and a black screen. So I had to go into Safe Mode and restore the files.

Great work.........It would be nice if the Window left bottom border will be having thin aqua colour instead of white like that in Vista..

I really like the theme. There's a few things I thought you might want to change, for example, the taskbar. I like it better with the default bar, and the taskbar doesn't have the stroke on top, making it look like a bug. What i mostly like about it is the glass border. The default aero stripes were bugging me alot, but this one is just what I needed. Keep up the good work!

I've been using Ur Themes since a long time from Ur "VistaVG Ultimate" to the present "Transform XP into Windows 7"

I can't upgrade to Windows 7 to use this beautiful theme because My PC doesn't support it
I would be pleased if U can make the same theme "AeroVG Se7en" for the XP Users too
I'll be waiting for Ur answer ( AeroVG Se7en for XP ) ....

@Ram: It's not possible to port the theme over to Windows XP exactly without using 3rd party software to run a replica: Windows XP doesn't have Aero.

mr vg here's a list imo which needs to be improved/fixed:
1. IE8 address bar is all black
2. taskbar clock and date stamp is hard to see if its over a white background
3. windows explorer breadcrumbs text is hard to see if its over a black background
(if aero is too transparent)
4. add some text shadow effect on text for better viewing
5. could it be better if u wud have different colors for minimize, maximize, restore and close. ^^
6. add an outline on the top edge of the taskbar for better design
that's all imo that needed to be improved and fixed.

Wow nice job VG! just two things i wish you could do to the theme plz =D
-get rid of that red line on the start search when you click the orb
-try to make it a little bit more maccish plz not a whole lot just a little is fine =D

Hey Vishal Gupta this is a great theme mate!
i am just wondering though if you could show us how to get that superbar really transparent like Windows 7 regular cause i dont really dig those two lines at the bottom you know the transparent one and then the non tranparent one. or if you could plz show us how to get the arrows that replace the minimize and maximize and that mac HDD looking thingy.

VG can u please give me the patched dll files needed to use this theme in windows 7 ......
Universal theme patcher wont work , also i cant found the patched theme files anywhere on the net .....
My system is windows7 ultimate retail edition.........

Nice theme but superbar was more fine instead of this kind of taskbar.Drive status bar color also doesnt looks appealing.
Hope to see soon its next beta or probably final version..
