"AeroVG" theme is one of the most popular themes available for Windows Vista. It provides excellent transparency in Taskbar, Start Menu, Explorer, etc. It also changes lots of visual things like menubar, addressbar, progressbar and much more.
Lots of Windows 7 users requested to make the same theme for Windows 7. Today I'm very pleased to announce the release of "AeroVG Se7en" theme which is a Windows 7 port of my "AeroVG" theme for Vista.

^^ It doesnt disable Aero effect. Try to first apply default Aero theme using Desktop personalization window and then re-apply AeroVG Se7en theme. Also make sure you have patched your system using UXTheme patcher.

Hey vishal, i see this themes is missing some features from the Vista version:
1-The start button
2-The details pane is the windows 7 default instead of the blue one
Other than that, great theme! It reminds me of Longhorn, especially with the glow effects and the minimize/maximize buttons

I have a problem with this theme. My resolution is 1366x738 and there is some ugly red and yellow lines on Menu Start Searchbar. Can you help me?

VG...When you will release AeroVG Eight for windows 8.1 users? We really want to see it. I like aeroVG for Vista and Sven very much. Hope you release it very soon. :)

^^ There is no Aero glass transparency and Start Menu in Windows 8/8.1, so a port of AeroVG theme would be useless.

Hope I am not insulting your outstanding creativity, VG, but will it work in basic mode without transparency? I love the theme, but don't have a WDDM graphics card.
