Download AskVG Search Connector for Windows 7 Federated Search

"Federated Search" is a new feature in Windows 7 which allows you to search beyond your PC. You can search in remote locations right from the Windows Explorer. Federated Search is based on OpenSearch and RSS2 format.

Its a very useful feature and now you can add AskVG.com in your Windows 7 Explorer so that you can get instant help whenever you need. Our friend "Manan" created this search connector. Thanks Manan.

Simply download following ZIP file, extract it and run "AskVG Search Connector.osdx" file. Windows 7 will automatically install it and you'll get "AskVG" in your Windows 7 Explorer.

PS: No, you can't use it in other Windows versions, its only for Windows 7. Sad but true...

    This doesn't work for me, I got windows 7 build 7022
    it says "The description file is not compatiable with this version of windows"
    ???

    ^^ Sorry but it has not been tested on the new build. It was tested on the public beta build 7000.
