Many times we get DLL file missing error while starting Windows or any other software. There are some sites which allow to download DLL files for free. So just download the required DLL file and copy it to the path mentioned in error message and your problem will be solved.

Sir, where could i download a fresh copy of explorer.exe? i couldnt find m Windows installation cd. Thnx

^^ It'll be in "I386" folder with the name "explorer.ex_". It'll be a compressed file. You can use 7-Zip to extract it or can use expand command.
