India.com is a website run by India Webportal private ltd which is a joint venture between Mail.com Media Corporation and Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd.
India.com is now allowing people to create their email account for free. Since its new, there are high chances that you can create an email account for you containing your name.
To create the email account, you just need to go to following link, enter the required details and click on Register button.

The email account interface is also quite good. Its clean and minimal.

You get almost all required features and the company claims to provide unlimited storage for your emails which starts from 10 GB of email storage and increasing.
You can send or receive attachments up to 20 MB.
You can also connect your Twitter and Facebook accounts if you love social networks.
