The way I see it:
7600.16385 is the RTM
7600.16384 (the leaked one around the net) is NOT the RTM

Hi Vishal as we know Windows 7 RTM build is build 7600 till yet and have been confirmed by most of the sites,are you sure Windows 7 build 7600.16385.090713-1255 is not RTM
