This solution didn't work. However, I found another solution which worked perfectly without any system modifications.

Just right click your font file (e.g. MyFont.otf), and select "Install" menu. That will do its job. Hope it helps.

Thanks men.
It works.
I have registered that fontext.dll file with Active X Manager coz it was there in the location but
option for install new is not coming in the menu. It is registered with Active X Manager and not it
is coming.

I installed your theme but the vista buttons , toolbars, FONTS don't work.
The font is like very ugly and i can't ge tit to change to Sogeo UI i tried
1. properties and advances, icon Sogeu UI [didn't work]
2. install STyler but it just crashes when i open.

Help!?
