bsnl is so slow... i got its 500C plan in September 2010 and got register myself to get information about usage, but the username and password has not been supplied to me so far. This month i got bill of 2000, No information was given to me for excess use, so im constrained to change the plan to 499UL.

As VG said, the email will be sent to your BSNL mail ID @bsnl.in which you can check using the BSNL portal.

VG thx 4 the reply .. but i havent got the email and my usage is above the limit so do i have to giv them my e-mail 2 get the alerts

are they starting this frm next week or they hav already started .. cuz i am a bsnl 500 plan customer
