BleachBit is a free tool similar to CCleaner which quickly frees disk space and guards your privacy. It can clear cache, delete cookies, clear Internet history, shred temporary files, delete logs, and discard junk from your computer system.

This app is called Sweeper. It's weaker than Bleachbit but it does the job ;)
