It's a 26MB download from Microsoft.com Right now it doesn't support so-called "packed exe" PE files, I need to do some more research into that area: basically it can get a list of the resources in a packed/compressed EXE, but it can't read the actual resource data. I'll also work on tidying up the error handling in the next release. Remember, it's still a beta (at 0.8.8 right now).
