In Windows vista and 7, you can add your desired application shortcuts in Desktop context menu (the menu which appears when you right-click). It was not possible in Windows XP. You can check this tutorial here:
Add Your Favorite Application Shortcut in Desktop Context Menu in Windows Vista and 7
Now using the above tutorial, you can also add "Device Manager", "Control Panel" and "Add/Remove Programs" shortcuts in Vista Desktop context menu, which will be quite useful.
To add these useful shortcuts, just download following zip file, extract it and then run the .REG file:
windows-vista-desktop-context-menu.zip
Thats it. You'll get all these 3 useful shortcuts in your Desktop context menu.
