it has Registry Editor under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell

but this one here it is under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell

Is there a differance other then DesktopBackground and Directory\Background

I mean can either ROOT be used for any of them and still have an Icon

and on the other one where you can Set the (position)

Top (To show it at top)
Bottom (To show it at bottom)

can it also be middle

and let's say I want 2 of them at the top but I want regedit to be first then some other one to be 2nd
how do I do that an so on 3, 4 ect.

Alternatively, you can disable startup sound using "Sounds" applet in Control panel.

Regarding firewall and Windows Defender, you can disable them using their Settings.

Is there any chance to create a reg key which disables these permanently:

Windows Defender
Windows Firewall

I use Avast! Internet Security 2010 and there's own firewall, that's why i don't need those at all..

I know this is the wrong topic to ask this but i didn't find any other place so..here's my question:

Is there any chance to set system start up sound volume to 20% though system sound is 100%, i always open my computer when everybody is sleeping and i don't wanna wake up my neighbours...or is it possible to add somekind of timeline for start up sound, so it will play start up sound after 10:00 and stop playing at 21:00?? Using Windows 7 Ultimate x64
