Using the 2010version of this i cant get the Windows7 logon screen to work just has a white preview and won't work.

i tried to install the windows seven logon with tune up utilities! i used logon UI but it didn't work. when i tried to load it usin tune up styler (2011) version, it didn't work. i don't want use replacer because once along time ago i used it, and i wouldnt be able to start up my computer. so i boght anew one, and that is wat im using today! please help me!
